Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.
When will my order ship?
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–4 business days (Monday–Friday).
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
How long does delivery take?
After your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:
🇺🇸 United States: 3–7 business days
🇨🇦 Canada: 5–10 business days (customs may cause slight delays)
🇪🇺 Europe: 7–20 business days (delivery times vary by country and customs processing)
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs clearance, holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays. Tracking information will be provided once your order ship.
What if my package is delayed?
Occasionally, carriers may experience delays that are outside of our control. If your tracking shows no updates for several days, please reach out to the shipping carrier first, then contact us if further help is needed.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Bee Bloomy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.
We recommend double-checking your shipping address before placing your order, as we are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
